SCOPE This privacy notice applies to any natural persons using UniqCast services, regardless of how you access our website ( through mobile devices, pc-s or other applications). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, IP address, email address, voice, photo and other factors specific to the identity of specific natural person. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT We collect personal information from you when you give us your contacts via web forms on the web page, when you get in contact with us via email or when you otherwise correspond with us (e.g. by standard mail to our Company address, telephone calls, personal contact at trades, business meetings and other similar situations). UniqCast process below listed personal data: - Identification information: name and surname, Email, Company Name, Company Web page, phone number and job title, depending on how you get in contact with us. - Technical information: whenever you use Internet service, certain information gets created and logged automatically (e.g. browser type, device type, the date and time of your request). We use cookies when they are necessary for the functioning of our web services and to improve our web site and your user experience. PURPOSE LIMITATION We use the information we collect for explicit purposes: - to provide service for you based on the reason you’ve contacted us, such as answering your questions, helping solve your business problems, sending you a business offer or our presentation and similar activities. Your consent for this purpose to process your data is presumed by filling your data in our web form, by sending us Email or by giving us your contacts when otherwise contacting us. - to contact you about our webinars, promotions, product news and demos, business events and other similar activities that are connected to our business. We are obligated to disclose your personal information if required by law or other legal subpoena. STORAGE PERIOD Every five years we will review if the personal data we process are still needed for the above described purposes (e.g. we are in regular business contact or you regularly respond to our webinars and other marketing activities).In case you withdraw your consent for processing your data, they will be erased without any undue delay, unless there will be other legal ground for processing (e.g. for compliance with a legal obligation, exercise of legal claims). When we no longer need to use your personal data and they are not needed for any legal or regulatory obligations, we will erase any existing copy or use any anonymization technique in order to irreversibly prevent identification so that we can't identify you. SECURITY Taking into account the state of art, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risks of loss, unauthorized access, disclosure of data and other unauthorized alteration of personal data. Personal data are stored on servers owned by our partner and are hosted within EU and European Economic Area ("EEA"), some data may be stored in Canada and in United States. Based on the EU Commission adequacy decision and EU-US Privacy Shield decision, we ensure the adequate level of protection for data stored in third countries. On your request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data undergoing processing in structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and other main information about processing your data. As long as your data won’t be accurate, you can demand the restriction of processing. If you withdraw your consent for processing your data, in whole or in parts, we will erase your personal data, unless there are other legal grounds for processing. Processing before your withdrawal of consent, will remain lawful. If you think that your data are no longer necessary for the purposes mentioned above or that your data have been unlawfully processed, you have the right to demand erasure of your data or just the restriction of their use.
